Associated job duties as a residency core faculty will include curricular development, resident assessment and advising, resident recruitment, participation in associated residency committees (CCC, PEC, etc.) and curricular oversight in areas of content expertise. In addition, the faculty will be assigned 1 clinical session for core residency precepting in the Family Medicine- Milton Clinic and will be expected to supervise Family Medicine residents in 1:1 clinical sessions and in the faculty's respective clinical area(s). The position will include .80 clinical FTE, inclusive of the core precepting session.
Qualifications:
Board certification as an MD or DO in Family Medicine.
Additional fellowship training in Family Medicine Obstetrics is recommended.
A minimum of 80 deliveries is required for initial credentialing for Family Medicine Obstetrics.
Experience in maternal child health and newborn care.
Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO) certification
