Flexibility, work environment, central locations.
poor communication from management, too many layers of administration, don't really know who does what most of the time, poor responsiveness when e-mailing questions or concerns. Sometimes impersonal.
Flexibility in arranging schedule, scheduling is good.
All are young with fresh ideas, generally they are friendly and open.
I would open the lines of communication and actually consider and discuss the pros and cons of ideas of individuals within the company rather than just pay lip service or not even recognize the effort put forth by said individuals.
I presented ways in which I could contribute to the company and move the company to embrace the mission.
20% below the industry average in terms of wages, above average in regards to the perks. Also the flexibility in utilizing the perks is good, when for example to be able to take PTO.
Excellent!
Caring for poor, needy and marginalized from my community, the personal relationships that have been developed and some ongoing friendships.
