Pros of working at Prime Communications

Discount on accessories and wireless bill. Potential to win good prizes during Christmas, but this is by chance, kind of like the lottery.

Cons of working at Prime Communications

Company will keep your commission if you quit, which is a bad practice. They should pay all earned wages. The benefits are bad and expensive. Expect to pay a huge portion of your wages if you elect to have health insurance, and even then it doesn’t cover everything. Your success depends on the store’s location and traffic. Sales goals are not adjusted to store traffic, and if you miss one goal you don’t get commission for anything. Leadership (if you can even call them that) do not care about you. Do not expect accolades for a job well done or help when you need it, but do expect them to reprimand you for missing sales goals or not doing something else they want.

Prime Communications benefits

Discount on wireless plan and accessories. That’s it.

Pros of working at Prime Communications

The fact that this place points to exactly what you don’t want in life, oh and I especially love the time I get to leave!

Cons of working at Prime Communications

The lack of pay, violations of rights, not getting paid for hours worked or the right amount, or on time or properly when they do pay you its all wrong. I hate listening to managers lie, cheat, and then the micromanagement that drives business away, the lack of employees, lack of values, empathy, the way bosses talk to you, I don’t like anything and thats the general consensus in this company

Prime Communications benefits

That I get to go home after being there for hours . Benefit haha nothing is free including your health insurance, which this employer happens to skimp out on paying as well.
