Responsibilities:
We are seeking a hands-on Sr. Leave and Accommodation Manager to lead a nationwide team of Leave and Accommodation Case Managers. Reporting to the Director of Leave and Disability, you will ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and other federal, state, and local leave disability laws while managing high-volume, complex cases.
Lead, coach, and directly manage a team of Case Managers, providing day-to-day guidance and performance oversight.
Ensure program compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, state disability laws, and company policies.
Oversee case management, escalations, data analysis, and leave administration, delivering exceptional employee and leader support.
Collaborate with executive leadership, HR, benefits, payroll, and technology partners to resolve escalations and optimize processes.
Drive process improvements, training, HRIS utilization, and M&A integration support.
Proven experience in high-volume leave and accommodation programs, strong legal knowledge, and hands-on team leadership.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or at least 5 years' experience in leave administration.
2. Previous experience coordinating employee leaves, e.g. medical, personal, FMLA, or ADA.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
4. Superior interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities
Oversees the food safety and nutritional care aspects of the Food and Nutrition Services Department to ensure full compliance with federal, state and other regulatory agencies. Ensures the efficiency of food prepared in the department taking into consideration food safety, nutritional adequacy and appropriate patient nutritional care. Responsible for the development and enforcement of policies and procedures that direct clinical services, food preparation, distribution and service, purchasing, sanitation, safety practices, performance improvement, and staff education and development.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Registered Dietitian (RD) required and maintain current.
Minimum of (5) years' experience in the field of healthcare food service management required.
Food Safety Certification, from an accredited organization and maintain current.
Experience with retail and catering with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls
and presentation desirable.
Background experience in clinical nutrition and clinical nutrition management desirable.

Responsibilities
Conducts a therapeutic recreation program within the hospital to facilitate rehabilitation of the physically and mentally disabled. The Activity Therapist directs patient participation in selected activities such as games, social activities, sports or music to create an atmosphere of sociability, to provide a means of creative expression and to facilitate the learning skills for recreating during hospitalization and after discharge in the community. 1. Is a Board Certified in Recreation Therapy or Art Therapist or Expressive Arts Therapy or related field or is Board Certified Recreation Therapy or Art Therapist or Expressive Arts Therapy or related field and has current and valid state License.
2. Bachelors or Masters Degree in Recreation Therapy or Art Therapist or Expressive Arts Therapy or related field.
3. Minimum one (1) year experience in Behavioral Healthcare, rehabilitative or SNF setting preferred.
