Qualifications

At least 2 years of full-time experience in clinical practice in the field within the past five years. One year of experience as a clinical instructor in a JRCERT accredited program. Completion of a bachelor's degree in related field.
Additional Qualifications
Must demonstrate proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Classroom teaching experience, and/or ARRT certification at an advanced level is beneficial. Must demonstrate strong human relations and communication skills to effectively supervise, teach, evaluate, and counsel students and to work cohesively with the program staff. Must consistently exhibit professionalism with patients, staff, and supervision to set an example for student behavior. Must be familiar with radiography exams done in the clinical areas and be able to operate the equipment. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of the assigned VITA tax site during the tax season.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the VITA site and the VITA Manager.
Supervise and support volunteers, ensuring they are equipped to provide quality tax preparation assistance.
Oversee client flow and ensure an organized, welcoming environment that reflects Branches' values of Professionalism, ComPassion, and Collaboration.
Ensure all tax returns meet IRS quality standards and are properly reviewed before submission.
Troubleshoot issues that arise during tax preparation or electronic filing.
Maintain accurate records of site activity, volunteer hours, and tax returns completed.
Communicate regularly with the VITA Manager to provide updates on site progress, challenges, and needs.
Support volunteer recruitment, scheduling, and training as needed.
Ensure all IRS and Branches privacy and confidentiality standards are maintained.
Requirements
Qualifications:
IRS Site Coordinator VITA/TCE Certification (required, may be obtained through Branches).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience managing volunteers or teams preferred.
Proficient in computer-based systems and tax software (TaxSlayer experience a plus).
Ability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
