AVP Rebate Administration & Analytics - REMOTE
**Job Description**
The AssistantVicePresident Rebate Administration & Analytics is responsible for the development and execution of Prime's rebate strategies. This position provides oversight for rebate invoicing, reconciliation, revenue and forecasting, as well as rebate analytics in order to maintain both excellent service levels for Prime's existing clients and contribute to competitive pricing strategies to win new business.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the development and execution of short and long-term rebate strategies aimed at driving competitiveness and meeting market and business objectives for Prime and its clients
+ Provide leadership to a team responsible for rebate administration including client-facing reporting, dashboards and analytics
+ Provide oversight to the rebate administration function and ensure timely and accurate payment and reconciliation; act as the highest escalation point for manufacturers and clients, and represent Prime in the resolution for highly complex scenarios
+ Collaborate effectively with Prime's Clinical, Client Engagement, Product Development, Marketing, Operations and other internal teams to bring competitive opportunities to market
+ Provide department leadership to staff ensuring the prioritization of strategic and department level initiatives to include defining performance goals and targets, as well as maintaining the department operating budget
+ Other duties as assigned
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
+ 12 years of experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM), pharmaceutical drug distribution, pharmaceutical procurement, analytical, contracting, or other relevant roles within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry
+ 8 years of management/leadership experience
+ Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
**Additional Qualifications**
+ Expert knowledge of and experience within the PBM industry
+ Familiarity with contract language and risk mitigation concepts
+ Ability to establish trust, respect and credibility and form close working relationships with all levels of Prime
+ Demonstrated ability to distill complex concepts or situations into concise and compelling communications
+ Expert negotiation and influencing skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ MBA or post graduate coursework
+ Experience working within a matrix environment

Overview
Works closely with regional partners to grow profitable business. Act as line of business expert for Commercial Liability lines from both an underwriting and business perspective. Responsibilities
* Provide line of business technical expertise to regions and business segment managers and other stakeholders within the organization to support an underwriting framework that produces profitable underwriting results.
* Works with corporate underwriting leaders and teams, Claims, Actuarial, and regional underwriting leaders in developing line of business underwriting and product initiatives and strategies.
* Leads and oversees activities of a team of line of business technical underwriting subject matter experts and coverage form subject matter experts.
* In conjunction with team monitors line of business loss trends, emerging issues, and risk profile. Conducting portfolio reviews, underwriting file reviews and large loss reviews as necessary to identify opportunities and action plans to improve line of business performance.
* Actively oversees and engages coverage form subject matter experts in evaluating ISO rate, rule and form changes and updates, developing proprietary coverage solutions, submitting IT project requests and requirements, and working with state filings department preparing filings to the state insurance departments and handling objections.
* Partners with risk management and premium audit to ensure support and exceptional customer service to regional personnel and agents while promoting and developing the production of profitable business.
* Works closely with other departments to manage projects on behalf of the line of business.

Overview
Works closely with regional partners to grow profitable business. Act as line of business expert for Commercial Liability lines from both an underwriting and business perspective. Identifies positive and negative trends working closely with Claims and Actuarial leadership and recommends strategies to both corporate underwriting and regional partners to improve performance. Oversees Corporate Underwriting line of business team activity involving both ISO and proprietary rates, rules and forms working closely with other departments on research, development and implementation. Responsibilities
* Provide line of business technical expertise to regions and business segment managers and other stakeholders within the organization to support an underwriting framework that produces profitable underwriting results.
* Works with corporate underwriting leaders and teams, Claims, Actuarial, and regional underwriting leaders in developing line of business underwriting and product initiatives and strategies.
* Leads and oversees activities of a team of line of business technical underwriting subject matter experts and coverage form subject matter experts.
* In conjunction with team monitors line of business loss trends, emerging issues, and risk profile. Conducting portfolio reviews, underwriting file reviews and large loss reviews as necessary to identify opportunities and action plans to improve line of business performance.
* Actively oversees and engages coverage form subject matter experts in evaluating ISO rate, rule and form changes and updates, developing proprietary coverage solutions, submitting IT project requests and requirements, and working with state filings department preparing filings to the state insurance departments and handling objections.
* Partners with risk management and premium audit to ensure support and exceptional customer service to regional personnel and agents while promoting and developing the production of profitable business.
* Works closely with other departments to manage projects on behalf of the line of business.

About the Role

What You'll Do
Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of fraud investigators, analysts, and other staff, providing guidance and support in fraud detection, prevention, and recovery efforts.
Establish team goals, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborate internally with other departments to create and maintain a seamless claims payment integrity program. Serve as liaison with other key departments (Medical Management, Network Management, Data Analytics, Claims & Enrollment Operations) to develop, monitor, and update respective roles, responsibilities, and strategies related to claims payment integrity activities.
Fraud Detection and Prevention:
