The complete is only good to gain experience and leave right away.
Advancement opportunities are limited unless you have connections in upper management or are romantically involved with the upper management. The company's compensation is below par, and both management and HR demonstrate a lack of concern for employee well-being. HR makes it very clear that they don’t care about the employees and Complaints to HR are met with indifference, and those who speak up face retaliation. Moreover, employees are compelled to sign an employee handbook, yet management frequently violates its policies without consequence. There are employees going unpaid for extended periods of time. I was one of them, I didn’t get paid for 3 months.
There’s nothing good.
I don’t know the CEO but I think he’s doing a bad job if he keeps the same management around. One day they’ll be getting a huge lawsuit for discrimination, stealing time from employees, not paying employees for long periods of time.
As long as the current management are there there’s nothing to do to improve it.
There was no interview done when I was hired.
Lowest compensation compare to any industry.
