**CREDIT CONTROLLER AT PRIMEFLIGHT**
The Credit Controller is responsible for managing the credit and collections process, ensuring the timely collection of payments and minimizing financial risk to the company. This role involves overseeing multiple accounts, assessing creditworthiness, and implementing effective credit policies. The Credit Controller will analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to senior management, facilitating informed decision-making. Additionally, this position requires strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient collections process while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Ability to improve timely collection of past-due receivables for assigned portfolios
+ Contacting clients for prompt payments and commitment follow-ups
+ Ability to handle high volume collections
+ Drive DSO improvement/stability for assigned portfolios
+ Contact customers with past-due balances, resolving invoice disputes
+ Manage workflows aligned with company KPIs

**QUALIFICATIONS**

SENIOR BILLING ANALYST AT PRIMEFLIGHT
The Senior Billing Analyst is responsible for processing billing transactions related to airport services. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of invoices, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining detailed billing records. The Senior Billing Analyst collaborates with various departments and customers to address billing inquiries, tracks accounts receivables, and prepares billing reports for management. Additionally, this position is crucial in ensuring compliance with financial and legal requirements related to billing processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review contracts, service agreements, and purchase orders to verify billing terms and pricing
Prepare and generate customer invoices in compliance with contractual terms and billing schedules

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Greet passengers, clients and airline personnel in a courteous and professional manner.
2. Reads and understands letters and numbers in order to accurately pre-screen passenger tickets and determine city destination/gate locations (International & Domestic destinations) from reference documents.
3. Provide general information to passengers, give directions and flight information.
4. Provide special services (courtesy chairs/bag carts) as required.
5. Direct large pieces of luggage, pets and other checked articles too large to be dispatched in the baggage handling system to oversize.
6. Summon the security supervisor and refer difficult or uncooperative passengers to security.
7. Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain cleanliness of immediate work area and report maintenance needs.
8. Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from clients, staff and public in a courteous manner.
9. Attend meetings and inservices as required.
10. Utilize appropriate communications channels and maintain records, reports and files as required.
11. Must be in proper uniform or business attire as directed by company officials.
12. Identification badges must always be visible.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives.
14. Utilize company and client equipment, supplies and resources in a conscientious, cost effective manner.

The Senior Billing Analyst is responsible for processing billing transactions related to airport services.
