**SENIOR RECRUITER AT PRIMEFLIGHT**
The Senior Recruiter plays a pivotal role in supporting PrimeFlight's internal recruiting capabilities. This position is responsible for full cycle recruiting across assigned business units, training and developing Recruiters, and partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates. The Senior Recruiter also supports PrimeFlight start-ups and site expansions and serves as an embedded subject matter expert on talent acquisition best practices and execution.
This role partners closely with business leaders across the organization and brings industry-specific knowledge, a strong understanding of frontline, leadership, corporate, and technical roles, and a consultative approach to strengthening the Recruitment function.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Full cycle recruiting for our assigned business unit's front-line positions
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions
- Promoting PrimeFlight Aviation as an employer of choice by highlighting our culture, values, and opportunity for growth
- Create SOPs and workflow efficiencies across the Recruiting function
- Represent Recruiting for startups and new business

**QUALIFICATIONS**

The Business Unit Controller is responsible for leading the financial management, accounting, and reporting activities for an assigned business unit. This role partners closely with operations and commercial leadership to drive financial performance, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintain strong internal controls. The Controller owns the month-end close process for the business unit and serves as the primary finance partner to operational leadership. This is a hybrid accounting and finance role with emphasis on business and operations support. High visibility role with leadership exposure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ACCOUNTING
Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for the business unit, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of business unit P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
Maintain compliance with US GAAP and company accounting policies
Review and approve account reconciliations; ensure timely resolution of reconciling items
Coordinate with corporate accounting on consolidations, intercompany transactions, and eliminations

Support M&A integration activities for acquired businesses within the business unit scope, including ERP integration, purchase price allocation support, booking opening journal entries

Ensure a strong internal controls environment within the business unit
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Support ERP and finance system initiatives (implementations, integrations, enhancements)
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX requirements (if applicable), and delegated authorities
OPERATIONAL & COMMERCIAL SUPPORT
Partner with operations on labor, inventory, procurement, capital expenditures, and cost management
Review and approve capital expenditure requests and track ROI

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY:

1. Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors, including turn and overnight aircraft as directed by company and/or client specifications and procedures to include but not limited to the following: vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, clean galley, fold blankets, change pillow cases, add supplies, clean out garbage, position seatbelts, clean tray tables, clean windows, upholstery exchange and rug exchange.
2. Provision aircraft as directed with required ship supplies by aircraft type
3. Leave notice for supervisor to re-order supply items that are running low.
4. Do all reports accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Must be familiar with all FAA/ TSA/Airline/Company regulations.
6. Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain cleanliness of immediate work area and report maintenance needs.
7. Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from airlines, staff and public in a courteous manner.
8. Attend meetings and inservices as required.
9. Utilize appropriate communications channels and maintain records, reports and files as required.
10. Must be attired in proper uniform or business attire as directed by company officials and identification badges must always be visible.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives.
12. Utilize company and client equipment, supplies and resources in a conscientious, cost effective manner.

The IT Specialist is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the airport's information technology systems and infrastructure. **QUALIFICATIONS**
+ 18 years of age or older
+ Eligible to work in the United States
+ Must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record

OPERATIONS MANAGER AT PRIMEFLIGHT
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of field operations, including leading the operations team, coordinating with airlines and airport authorities, and ensuring the implementation of operational procedures and policies. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, this role is key in crisis management, handling emergencies and disruptions in close collaboration with senior leadership. Continuous analysis and improvement of operational processes to increase overall efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the delivery of services for customer airlines and airports in accordance with the contract and within the agreed budget level
* Ensure safety and security policies and procedures are in accordance with all applicable standards set
* Liaise with airline station managers, airport operations managers, handling agents, Customs, Immigration and Security officials, and other airport stakeholders
* Manage local Recruiting and Staffing initiatives, following recruiting and hiring policies and procedures and ensuring staffing levels are maintained to meet internal/external service level/quality assurance standards
* Monitor performance and take action to correct any shortfalls
* Collaborate with Senior leadership operational gaps, irregularities and audits
* Guide and mentor the local team
* Investigate and report all accidents, incidents, and irregularities, including work-related accidents/incidents, passenger incidents involving PrimeFlight employees and property and/or aircraft damage
* Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and laws as well as required security measures
* Promote and support workplace diversity initiatives
* Assist and/or lead startup operations across all lines of business
* The ability to backfill open leadership positions during times of vacancy
* Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
* 18 years of age or older
* Eligible to work in the United States
* Ability to work in office, onsite, Monday-Friday
* 5 years of Leadership/Operational experience
* Established leader in managing large teams
* Project Management experience is a plus
* In-depth knowledge of airport operational procedures and regulatory requirements
