As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead strategic growth, national account management, and regional sales execution for Primo Brands' bottled water portfolio, focusing on Kroger's partnership. Manage multimillion-dollar revenue, close high-impact deals and develop a high-performing team. Utilize data-driven insights, industry expertise and distributor partnerships to drive market expansion, enhance brand presence and influence decision-making at all levels. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: * Create innovative approaches to customize customer selling stories, leveraging Sales Director expertise. * Successfully evaluate data analytics and aggregate findings to create impactful customer stories and solutions. * Lead and develop a high-performing team by managing and mentoring associates. * Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance and Customer Development) to ensure seamless execution of goals and deliverables. * Build strategic business plans which include collaborative forecasting with supply chain business partners to ensure deliverables. * Collaborate with internal senior leadership and Headquarter and C-suite customers to close high-impact deals. * Deliver annual revenue through acquisition, expansion and retention across national scale customers. * Respond to complex RFPs by developing vertically integrated plans in collaboration with distributors and internal Sales Director to achieve sales targets. * High level of understanding with data analytics tools, such as PowerBI, Technomics, Circana and Dataessentials, to generate accurate volume forecasts, track performance and optimize trade spend. * Identify and fill distribution gaps within your geography through strategic prospecting of anchor accounts; collaborate with Distributors and Primo Brands Distributor Managers to execute programs. Qualifications Key Qualifications: * 5+ years of Headquarter sales and C-suite account management in foodservice; CPG experience required. * Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. * 3+ years managing or mentoring field sales professionals. * Best in class communication, negotiation, and planning skills required. * Extensive network including but not limited to restaurant associations, or board leadership roles. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience Travel: * Minimal overnight travel.
