Tom McCormick has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Primoris since November 4, 2019. Mr. McCormick joined Primoris in April 2016 as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to Primoris’ President in April 2019. Mr. McCormick has over 30 years of experience in design and construction with a wide range of knowledge in the gas processing, refining/petrochemical, power, pipeline, liquids recovery, Liquefied Natural Gas (“LNG”) and gas compression markets. Mr. McCormick received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University and an Advanced Management Program from INSEAD in France.

John Moreno is a Chief Operating Officer at Primoris Services and President at PCL INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION and is based in Dallas, Texas. He has worked as Cost Control Supervisor at Petrozuata, VP/General Manager at PCL INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION, and President of PCL Industrial Construction at PCL Construction. John works or has worked as BOARD MEMBER at Georgia Energy And Industrial Construction Consortium Inc. He studied at The Wharton School between 2003 and 2005, Allegheny County between 1993 and 1997, and GEORGIA INSTITUTE OF TECH between 1993 and 1997.

John Perisich has been senior vice president and general counsel of Primoris since February 2006. Prior to that, he served as vice president, general counsel and Secretary of Primoris. Mr. Perisich joined ARB in 1995. Prior to joining Primoris, Mr. Perisich practiced law at Klein, Wegis, a full service law firm based in Bakersfield, California. He received a B.A. degree from UCLA in 1987, and a J.D. from the University of Santa Clara in 1991.
