Director has no idea what he is doing and has no respect for his workers. Will run company out of business, micromanagement from over 1,100 miles away, they keep giving you more and more work out of your job scope and tell you not to just deal with it. You are just a number they don’t care about you. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go work for this company. No appreciation
