Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.
There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque.
Online Consumer Panels America is a consulting firm that specializes in product testing and product development work. We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms to evaluate products to ensure proper product certification and greater market access.
It is important to note that during your application process, reputable market research companies will determine your demographics and consumer profile to establish what products would be suitable for you to test. Market research companies that partner with us will use questionnaires to identify and target certain types of consumers, to ensure that the right participants are engaged and to achieve the representative sample needed.
Participation in these product testing and consumer panels is always free, secure and private. In-Home Usage Testing is a quick, easy and fun way to make extra cash by telling big brands what you think about their upcoming products and services in the American market.
Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

About the Role:
As a Maintenance Storeroom Attendant, you will play a key role in supporting the Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams at our Princeton, KY facility - a manufacturer of high-quality private label crackers.
This position is responsible for managing the plant's maintenance storeroom operations to ensure materials, tools, and spare parts are properly stocked, organized, and readily available. You'll help keep production running efficiently by maintaining accurate inventory, supporting preventive maintenance, and ensuring timely part availability across the plant.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording all incoming parts, materials, and supplies.
Issuing and documenting maintenance parts through SAP or other computerized maintenance systems.
Creating and processing purchase requisitions for stock replenishment and new part needs.
Maintaining an organized, clean, and compliant storeroom environment in accordance with GMP and safety standards.
Performing regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations; identifying and correcting discrepancies.
Labeling, organizing, and storing materials on racks, shelves, or in bins to optimize space utilization.
Collaborating with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure parts are available for scheduled and emergency work.
Supporting work order accuracy by updating issued parts, labor hours, and completion status in CMMS or SAP.
Assisting in maintaining preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) systems as required.

About the Role:
The Controls Maintenance role at the Princeton location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and calibrating plant control devices. This can include repair, calibration, testing, and maintenance on any electrical/electronic equipment, instruments, and components.
Efficiently perform any corrective and preventative maintenance tasks related to production and utility equipment.
Maintain any necessary records.
Maintain inventories of required stock levels and current record of stock inventories.
Support other maintenance activities.
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role. The typical schedule includes rotating days off. Shift varies according to business needs.
1st Shift: 6:45am - 3:00pm
2nd Shift: 2:45pm - 11:00pm
3rd Shift: 10:45pm - 7:00am
About You:
You'll fit right in if you have:
Good understanding of electricity, electronics, computerized maintenance management, and blueprints/schematics.
Technical Engineering Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work overtime and weekends.

What You'll Do:
Promote Safety. Take an active role in prioritizing safety in accordance with MSHA and Vulcan standards throughout the plant for yourself and others at all times.
Become Familiar with Tools and Equipment. Use a variety of hand and power tools in performing duties.
Learn to Diagnose Problems. Learn to diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective components, test, and make regular adjustments.
Weld. Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines. Plan, lay out, install, and repair a wide variety of complex equipment.
Perform Maintenance. Perform a variety of maintenance and carpentry functions. Learn to perform regular preventative maintenance on machines and plant facilities.
Complete Apprenticeship Program. Attend and successfully complete a three year apprentice program that includes a classroom setting.
Additional Responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.
Skills You'll Need:
Education. High School Diploma or GED is required. Technical school is preferred.
Functional Knowledge. Must have thorough knowledge of welding material, welding properties, and various types of metals. Must be able to interpret blueprints. Must be able to wire feed welding machines to hard face and fabricate and repair liners. Stick Welding Preferred
Welding Skills. Must have welding experience. Must be able to perform brazing, welding, arc-welding, and cutting tasks.
Flexibility. Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
Mechanical Skills. Must have some knowledge of industrial tools, their uses, and maintenance.

About the Job:
The position will be responsible for operating a harbor tug boat and safely transporting (towing) aggregate barges. The position will have day to day supervisory responsibilities for any deckhand(s) assigned to work on the harbor boat. Responsibility for the safe and efficient day to day operation of the harbor vessel and crew. The position may work up to a twelve hour shifts on the harbor boat. The position does not require overnight stays on the vessel but working on multiple vessels may be required. What You'll Do:
Essential Functions:
* Train all new and current crew members.
* Enforce safety rules, company policies and procedures.
* Maintain compliance with all laws and regulations related to operation of the vessel in inland waters to include all U.S.C.G and Environmental rules and regulations.
* Maintain vessel safety.
* Maintain records and reports as required.
* Must be able to work required overtime and flexible work schedule.
* Must be able to speak, read, and have a working knowledge of the English language.
* Will work outdoors and exposed to varying and/or extreme weather conditions (i.e., heat, wet, cold, etc).
* May work in high and/or precarious places or cramped work space that requires getting into awkward positions.
* Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time; grip, climb, reach, shovel, squat, crawl, or pull, push, as well as, bend and lift.
Other responsibilities that may be required:
* Ensure that boat is stocked with supplies.
* Maintain vessel safety including navigational equipment, fire suppression, hull integrity, repair scheduling, safety training and fire drills.
Interact with governmental agencies.
