As a Field Merchandiser, you'll have the opportunity to work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, your ability to establish retailer relationships, while being the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels as well as support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations, when needed. On occasion you may have the opportunity to work with other products from other companies in the stores that you service. Bartenders are guest\-engagement specialists and through their exceptional customer service, sales, conversation and multi\-tasking skills, like many other staff members, they are some of the top ambassadors for our parks. Job duties include, but are not limited to, opening\/closing bar service operations; providing guests with in\-depth knowledge of menu items, ingredients and preparation; upselling orders to increase avg. ticket sales; cleaning and sanitizing designated areas following food safety regulations; inventory reporting; and maintaining knowledge of local laws and regulations applicable to your position.
