The landscape construction team member performs a variety of tasks assigned by the team leader. The landscape construction team member engages in the following activities with supervision from the team leader. Plant installation and care, hardscape installation (concrete paver and natural stone pavements, retaining walls and other elements), material movement, excavation and other duties assigned. Maintains professional image at all times and provides polite responses / interactions with clients. Reports to work at required time effectively listen and perform assignments from team leader. May assist in equipment loading and unloading. Snow removal operations as required Experience and Qualifications High school degree or GED is preferred but not required. One year of experience is preferred but not required. Candidate must be able to read and write. Some knowledge of installation and maintenance practices including pruning, plant installation, hardscape installation, etc. is preferred but not required.
