JOB PURPOSE:
The Student Success Services (SSS) Project Director will manage the financial, personnel, operational, and student services functions of the Student Success Services Program in the office of Student Educational Opportunity (SEO). This grant-funded program serves University of Wyoming undergraduates who are first-generation students from limited-income families and students with disabilities by providing holistic advising support to facilitate good academic standing, persistence, and timely graduation from UW. Manage and implement program operations with the goal of meeting or exceeding annual objectives related to participants' academic success and progression. * Communicate fully and accurately all matters that should receive the attention of the Superintendent.
