Knowledge of materials (steel, aluminum, composites) and their applications in vehicle manufacturing. Understanding of structural adhesives and their uses. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as welding, forming, and assembly. Experience with Epicor ERP systems is a plus. Work Environment The work environment involves a manufacturing setting with exposure to weather, noise, and moving mechanical parts.
