We are currently looking for a team focused and dedicated Senior Structural Engineer in Honolulu, HI. As a member of our team, you will actively be working with our network of structural engineers responsible for conventional design and design/build projects for water and wastewater clients. You'll be challenged with leading and designing facilities such as water and wastewater pump stations, treatment facilities for water and wastewater plants and conveyance and storage systems. This role will require you to lead the development of project specific technical reports, calculations, construction drawings and technical specifications with the support of local and national experts.

Here's what you'll need
Minimum 10 years of experience working as a structural engineer
Professional Engineer, (P.E.) license
Structural Engineer, (S.E.) licensed in Hawaii, or eligible to obtain license through reciprocity within six (6) months of hire.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a structural engineering emphasis with a Masters degree in structural engineering highly desired.
Minimum 5 years experience with municipal or industrial water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems
Alternatively heavy civil (dams and hydro-electric), industrial or mining experience will be considered
Construction phase support services for the types of projects listed above
Experience working in a multi-discipline project teams
Team oriented with strong capability to learn, mentor, and work independently while managing time and budget

About the role
PMAT is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to be a primary contributor supporting world‑class software in an exciting, high visibility operational environment in Hawaii. This position will support an operationally fielded system that is currently supporting the U.S. Navy's Pacific Fleet operations. Responsibilities
