The SCP will oversee the activities of the two Charleston perfusion managers (Adult and Pediatric) Those two managers, in collaboration and with oversight and ultimate decision-making authority from the SCP, will have direct responsibility for the management of the perfusion team; to include management of staff's call and work schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage of perfusion services for both pediatric and adult patient populations, a regular cadence for staff meetings, timely communication to all members of the team, development of unit-based goals including quality metrics, to include yearly staff evaluations and feedback for staff development. Additional Job Description
Requirements (Education, Work Experience, Licensure, Registry &/or Certifications) :
Bachelor of Science degree in Perfusion Technology or Bachelor of Science degree with a certificate in Perfusion Technology from an accredited cardiovascular perfusion education program with a minimum of seven (7) years of work experience as a perfusionist. Management experience preferred. Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion required. Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red
Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study

**WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH**
+ Performing all duties in a safety conscious manner and being proactive in contributing to a safety culture
+ Supporting the Project team members in the detail elaboration of the SIS (System Implementation Schedule)
+ Promoting the sense of urgency in words and deeds
+ Establishing constant and transparent communication with all the stakeholders
+ Working and collaborating closely with the team members ensuring timely implementation of the activities of the SIS
+ Communicating any deviation or symptom of constraint to the Task Force leader to correct the situation before it becomes a problem
+ Providing effective coaching to supervisors and managers in the practical implementation of actions following maintenance processes standards
+ Documenting of the processes and terms of reference to create the Maintenance & Production manual of the plant
+ Motivating the team members to keep the momentum of the project during its entire implementation.
+ Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
**Education:** Bachelor's degree
**Field of Study Preferred:** Maintenance Engineering or related discipline
**Required Work Experience:** 1 to 3 years in plant maintenance position in a heavy industry, preferably in the area of management systems, quality systems, project management.
**Required Training/Certifications:** Knowledge, training, or experience in Lean manufacturing highly desired. Project management is desirable.
**Required Technical Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite, CMMS (Maximo and SAP PM)
**Travel Requirements:** 20%

+ Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
