* The Sr.
* Principal Manufacturing Engineer has the responsibility to partner in the developing and improving of manufacturing processes at the Kennedy Space Center location.
* The incumbent will also support design, checkout, qualification and implementation of new or modified ground support and production support equipment.

* Organizes in-depth product and process failure investigations to determine root cause analysis of failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Reviews design requirements to determine accuracy of information relating to manufacturing requirements and for appropriate dimensions and tolerances for application.
* Designs, tests and qualify test fixtures for manufacturing processes.
* Works with external organizations as required to develop manufacturing processes or to resolve technical issues with existing or new products.
* Work with Marketing, New Product Development and Quality Engineering as necessary
* Ability to travel up to 20%
* Works within the scope of QSR (Quality System Regulation) and ISO (International Standards Organization) requirements for medical products.
