Responsibilities Conducts interdisciplinary research and evidence-based practice projects that support the organization's priorities for improving patient and/or care delivery outcomes. Serves in a consultative role for patient care services staff in the development and completion of interdisciplinary research and evidence based practice projects and scholarly activities. Collaborates with patient care services clinicians, including physician partners, to evaluate and implement best practices for clinical care, patient care delivery models, education and use of technology. Mentors nursing and allied health professionals in developing presentations, posters and written articles or abstracts.
