+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

The Kessinger laboratory at the Masonic Medical Research Institute (MMRI) is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to integrate innovative translational molecular imaging strategies and novel diagnostic agents to study cardiovascular disease in vivo. Specifically, the position is R01-funded to investigate the biology of pulmonary embolism and the inflammatory response that drives associated sequelae, including pulmonary fibrosis. The methodology outlined for the studies includes single cell/nuclear analysis, translational imaging - CT, US, intravital fluorescence, mouse genetics, and molecular biology techniques.

The starting salary range posted for this position is $174,500.00 to $226,500.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.

Postdoctoral Researcher - Noble Gas Geochemistry

The Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Syracuse University seeks applicants for a Postdoctoral Researcher to assist in the management of the Noble Gas Geochemistry laboratory and perform noble gas geochemistry research. This is a fully funded, full-time, one-year position, subject to renewal. The candidate is expected to work in person.
The Noble Gas Geochemistry laboratory contains two state-of-the-art noble gas mass spectrometers (a Helix SFT and an Argus VI) and two extraction and purification lines (one for fluids and one for rocks). The Noble Gas Geochemistry laboratory will be able to analyze the full suite of noble gases in gas, water, and rock samples. The candidate will conduct experimental noble gas work in shallow and deep groundwater, natural gas, and rock samples. The candidate will be expected to collaborate with faculty members in ongoing research projects with the possibility to conduct independent research. The successful candidate will also have the option to participate in teaching, including lectures and laboratory teaching of both undergraduate and graduate students.

Overview / Introduction to Lab / Center / PI Job Title: Postdoctoral Associate The Center for Safe and Secure AI Robotics (CESSAIR) and the Center for Cybersecurity Research and Innovation (CCRI) are looking to hire a post-doctoral associate to carry out joint research in resilience of neural networks, including large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI systems and foundation models for Robotics, against cyberattacks. The appointment is for one year, renewable for a second year, given the availability of funds. The focus is on developing credible data and analytic tools for measuring the resilience of generative AI and foundation models for robotics to cyberattacks. Developing tools and methods for actively probing for vulnerabilities is within the scope of the research. The outcome of this research will be validated on both publicly available pretrained models and training data sets and in-house, privately developed models and training data sets. Curating these private data sets and training the associated models is within the scope of this job.
The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary research team of engineers, physicists, and other faculty at SUNY Polytechnic Institute. The position is based in Utica, NY. The successful candidate will have a doctoral degree in electrical engineering, computers science, physics, applied mathematics, or a closely related field. Required skills are proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or other related software stacks, and a solid background in machine learning, cybersecurity, or AI robotics, and the ability or desire to design and implement experiments that probe model vulnerabilities. Postdoctoral Research Fellow - Wu Lab
The Wu laboratory at the Masonic Medical Research Institute (MMRI) is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to delve into multiple exciting projects to understand transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation in cardiovascular development. Our lab harnesses mouse genetics and state-of-the-art multi-omics techniques, including bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, ChIP-seq, and CLIP-seq, to map out the intricate cardiac gene regulation network orchestrated by transcription factors and RNA-binding proteins. Through our research, we aim to shed light on the molecular mechanisms underlying heart diseases such as left ventricular noncompaction (LVNC), thereby paving the way for pioneering therapeutic interventions.
About the PI
Dr. Tongbin Wu obtained B.S. and Ph.D. from Wuhan University in China, under the guidance of Dr. Xiang-Dong Fu, a world-renowned expert in RNA biology. Subsequently, Dr. Wu moved to the University of California San Diego (UCSD) and received his postdoctoral training in the laboratory of Dr. Ju Chen, a preeminent scientist in the cardiovascular research field. In 2023, Dr. Wu joined MMRI as an Assistant Professor and established his independent research laboratory. Dr. Wu has contributed significantly to the scientific community, with research articles published in esteemed journals such as
