The candidate must have strong technical background with 7+ years of IT experience. A few of those years installing and/or upgrading iManage products. This person must essentially be able to design and build iManage document management systems, must be detail oriented, with follow through characteristics such as coordinate schedules, realign objectives, bring focus and closure, create a plan, and organize. The ability to work independently, remotely, and as part of a team is critical. Will report directly to the Operations Manager. Responsible for the day-to-day engineering, security, design, and escalated daily support functions of the Firm's iManage Document Management Systems and related applications.
Write scripts/code/workflows in appropriate tools to automate the iManage platform with ease.

• Responsible for the day-to-day engineering, security, design, and escalated daily support functions of the Firm's iManage Document Management Systems and related applications.

• Troubleshoot issues to determine root cause while driving to a solution, managing tickets with external vendors and other internal teams with minimal supervision or additional support.
• Provide level III support escalation for assigned applications. Document processes, knowledge, and all correspondence internally and externally used to resolve incidents and requests in a service management system ensuring a timely resolution for the customer.
• Follow process, procedure, and policy as defined by the firm for the support of assigned applications/solutions.
• Administer, maintain, patch, and upgrade applications in a Microsoft Windows / Azure environment.
• Participate in and enforce enterprise standards, best practices, requirement gathering practices, and documentation standards.
Drive Value:
• Work with the Senior Enterprise Applications Architect to drive use and automations out of the iManage cloud platform to help the Firm increase revenues.
• Possess a working knowledge of a Document Management Platform and the needed integrations to help the Firm run effectively and efficiently.
• Work with the Quality Assurance (QA) team and assist with testing efforts as needed. Participate in defining test cases, plans, and scripts for functional end-user testing.
• Have an understanding of AI Technologies and how they could interact with a DMS and other firm technology systems.
Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with members of the Global Information Technology Teams to integrate AI systems, document tools, and communication platforms with the iManage cloud platforms, enhancing the firm's collaboration and knowledge-sharing capabilities.
• Work with project managers and business analysts to understand the scope of requirements and implement solutions that meet the business requirements.
• Interface with peers and other teams as well as coach lower-level Engineers to successfully support and maintain assigned solutions.
Project Interaction:
• Expected to work, interact, and build relationships with other Enterprise Application Engineers and Developers, as well as Enterprise Architects, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to complete projects core to the firm's future vision.
• Serve as the Lead in implementing enterprise initiatives and complex 3rd party applications with little to no guidance.
