Responsibilities:
- Capacity Planning for HP NonStop NSX7 and NSX3 Systems.
- Make performance recommendations based on capacity analysis to management and internal business partners.
- Support the prognosis application servers, which includes automation, analysis, testing, maintenance and monitoring.
- Provide input to capacity letters that will be sent to external customers.
- Strong working knowledge of System Utility tools (SCF, MEASURE, TMF, EMS, WebViewpt)
- Perform System Performance reviews using Measure, Prognosis and Webviewpt
- Working Knowledge of Prognosis performance tool by Integrated Research
- Assist with planning and installation of new HP NonStop system platforms as well as updates
- Research HOT Stuff and SPR's for potential issues or compatibilities with current environment
- Address Non-Stop Hardware and Software errors, review using EMS, WebViewpt and Prognosis
- Support Network configuration changes monitoring impact to HP NonStop systems.
- Assist with the research to implement new Operating Systems in various environments on HPE NS7X & NS3X platforms.
- Open tickets with HP Global Support Center and track progress to find resolution when needed.
- 24X7 On Call Support in support of 3 environments Production, Certification and Development.
- Assist with System Software Updates (new releases or patches)
- Participating in Audit Reviews when or if needed with team members.
- Team leader (SME) and mentor other team members on performance.
- Complete all security training, read ongoing security-related communications and acknowledge understanding such communications as requested by Management
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience as HP NonStop Systems Engineer, or related field

- 10+ years of Tandem NonStop experience.

Summary: Craig Technologies has an opening for a Systems Analyst Principal at Patrick Space Force Base, in FL. This position will be supporting functions within the Maintenance Control group on the U.S. Air Force Space Command's Space and Missile Systems Center's Launch and Test Range System (LTRS) Integrated Support Contract (LISC).
Essential Functions
+ Provide Maintenance Control Center (MxCC) Range status to coworkers, Management and Space Force Range Engineers
+ Input of Work Center Remedy trouble tickets into the USAF Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) Equipment Status Reporting (ESR) module as well as review, verification and correction of IMDS Job Data Documentation (JDD) input by work center personnel by contacting the individual to perform required changes in IMDS
+ Perform MxCC Help Desk functions to receive phone calls and email requests providing accurate responses as a pleasant and helpful resource to Range personnel
+ Assist MxCC team members with creating as well as maintaining Range instructions such as work instructions, maintenance procedures, operating instructions and technical manuals
+ Prepare MxCC reports for internal and external status meetings
+ Produce and submit daily Contract Data Requirement reports
+ Assist with the development of Preventive Maintenance Instructions (PMI) and scheduling of Range maintenance as required
+ Mentor personnel in various aspects of MxCC functions to include job ticket development and processing, IMDS data entry and analysis, and maintenance control concepts
+ Perform Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) data extraction for oil sample and power supply trending along with the required reporting
+ Vigorously pursue initiatives to improve the quality, efficiencies, and timeliness of LISC enterprise solutions, products or services
+ Innovate process improvement oriented towards ensuring contract compliance and fulfillment while devising and implementing process improvement methods from internal and external integrated process team actions
+ Develop and integrate LISC enterprise concepts and recommendations to capitalize on Cross Range best practices, efficiencies and standardization
+ Other duties as assigned to include administrative functions such as subcontractor oversight, invoice receiving, budget maintenance, Range hurricane coordination and launch operations
