Mr. Vitale serves as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at AMREP Corporation. Mr. Vitale served as the Chief Administrative Officer of WorldGate Communications, Inc. from March 13, 2011 to July 29, 2011. He also served as General Counsel, Senior Vice President of Legal and Regulatory and Secretary of WorldGate Communications Inc. until July 29, 2011.
