Print Production Coordinator
**PRIMARY PURPOSE** **:** To facilitate and oversee all daily support activities, expectations, and delivery of services, providing exceptional service at all times in support of recalls, returns and fulfillment.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Acts as the primary resource for all initial operational deliverables to support recalls and returns activities. This includes but is not limited to document preparation within varying file formats, template development in Microsoft Access and Planet Press, facilitation of event process through proprietary system, oversight of document print production, assembly of printed materials, fulfillment, and system set up for other operational areas.
+ Facilitates/fulfills daily consignee/client requests.
+ Oversees print production and fulfillment activities with preferred print partner and with internal print production members.
+ Provides support related to logistical recall related questions to other departments and management.
+ Collaborates with vendors such as shipping carriers and supply/service vendors as it relates to print production setup, fulfillment and production items.
**ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Supports the organization's quality program(s).
+ Travels as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education & Licensing**
Associate's Degree in Business, Industrial or Process Engineering preferred.
**Experience**
Two (2) years of account management/customer service management experience, to include one (1) year of project management experience. or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
