The Production Superintendent supervises and directs plant operations in the most efficient manner to produce quality products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. Other job-related duties may be assigned. Supervises and directs all production department personnel in the effective and economic utilization of the plant's manufacturing facilities to produce products to the company and customer's specifications according to production schedules.
