As chairman and chief executive officer of Arena Solutions, Craig Livingston sets the company’s strategic direction and oversees all operations. Before joining Arena, Craig served as vice president and general manager of the SME Solutions division of PLM provider Agile Software. Responsible for the division’s global operations, he oversaw the development, distribution and support of PLM solutions for small to mid-sized manufacturing businesses. His success in that role helped propel Agile to strong growth and a successful acquisition by Oracle. Previous experience in executive sales and operations roles at other engineering and enterprise software leaders, including think3, PeopleSoft, CCI-Triad and Borland, laid the foundation of Craig’s thorough understanding of the needs of mid-market manufacturers. Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from San Jose State University.

Jeff heads up the finance, accounting, operations, and legal departments. He is primarily responsible for financial reporting, sales operations, forecasting, and M&A activities. Jeff’s experience includes Abila, Inc., where he oversaw finance, accounting, and legal functions and led a successful sale to Ministry Brands. Before that, as a strategic consultant at DigitalGlobe, Jeff created forecasts, budgets, key metrics, and the structure for a new organization within a multimillion-dollar publicly traded company. Prior to that, Jeff led the operations team at Travelclick and led the due diligence process that culminated in the sale to Thoma Bravo. He has held key executive-level positions at Hoovers (a Dun & Bradstreet company) and Dun & Bradstreet. Jeff earned a bachelor of business administration in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

Wenxiang Ma is an Investment Partner of TEEC Angel Fund who specializes in enterprise software. Concurrent to his role at TEEC Angel Fund, Wenxiang serves as executive vice president of Engineering and Operations at Arena Solutions, with responsibilities include product development, QA, engineering operations and customer support. Wenxiang holds his Master degree in Electrical Engineering from Yale University and his B.S. degree in Electronics Engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing.
