What Does A Printer Operator Do At Mohawk Industries

* Must have knowledge of an Eight ( 8 ) color automatic printer with flash unit
* Follow schedule for printing order
* Pull set up mat from library
* Pull correct screens from library
* Instruct employee to pull inks
* Make sure all squeegees and flood bars are free of nicks
* Set up screens and verify registration and ink colors to standard
* Verify labels and label placement
* After run is complete check schedule to see if screens are put back in the library or to pull tape, direct employees to card out inks, clean screens and put inks back in the ink storage area by numerical order.
