Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the development of team members and implementation of policies, procedures, strategies and objectives within assigned shift and/or area. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process within assigned shift and/or area. Integral to ensuring that all goals for safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, scrap, headcount, and overtime within assigned shift and/or area are monitored and met, and for driving improvements within scope of responsibilities.

Address and eliminate identified weak points and errors in the production process.
Collaborate with other departments when necessary to resolve issues.
Initiate, monitor, and ensure compliance with production specifications such as set-up times, speeds, and number of operators.
Documentation of product-specific data sheet.
Ensuring the forwarding of reportable information (occupational safety, productivity, quality, ZH reports, logbook, etc.)
Collaborate in the implementation of instructions, training, inspections, and audits.
Duties back filling scope of operations, Running Line, enter line, etc.
Actively participate in order fulfillment by taking on the responsibilities of a Area Manager, when needed.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining of all area personnel.
Conduct Layered Process and Safety Audits.
Conduct or participate in RC/CA for quality and safety issues.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in metals.
Technical knowledge in area of responsibilities (i.e. metal forming, roll forming, benders, lasers, saws, etc.)
Ability to work side-by-side and operate equipment

The Role:
This role will be a key leader at our fulfillment Center. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team to achieve productivity, safety, and departmental goals. The Health Information Operations Supervisor is responsible for client/customer service and serves as a knowledge expert for the HIS staff. The role focuses on front line People management and training, as well as ensuring processes are completed in compliance with established guidelines. This role may also assist leadership with planning, developing, and implementing departmental or regional projects. This role provides support to Health Information Operations Manager. The Health Information Operations Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining workflow and productivity of HIS's as well as Handling escalated situations and driving a positive work environment. The Health Information Operations Supervisor will also assist in the new hire process, meeting with clients, and developing staff at multiple sites.

Pay ranges for this job title may differ based on location, responsibilities, skills, experience, and other requirements of the role.
The estimated base pay range per hour for this role is:$21.25-$27.13 USD

Serve as the first point of contact for our Operations Associates and support escalations in the absence of the Operations Manager including facility issues, product outages, and staffing gaps
Support back-end operations and general quality control by maintaining ticket equipment, ensuring the integrity and streamlining of processes, and monitoring execution of processes by team members
Prepare SOS (Start of Shift) & EOS (End of Shift) reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; report shift performance metrics and escalate issues to Operations Manager
Oversee retail operations, including, sales, inventory, cash mgmt, EOS draw reconciliation
Assist with other various ad-hoc duties and projects as needed
Scan, handle and move lottery products efficiently and safely through the fulfillment process (may include some repetitive motion)
YOU IDEALLY HAVE:
1-3 years of supervisory/lead experience
Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or restaurant operations
Medium-level technological know-how with the ability to troubleshoot and solve basic technical issues with equipment, operate basic systems and platforms, etc.
The ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed

What you'll be doing - The Role:
Ensure all Route Drivers are loaded and ready to start routes on time each morning. Make sure drivers rotate product regularly and manage par levels.
Work with Branch Manager to maximize route efficiency.
Ensure all Service Technicians are loaded and ready to start service calls on time each morning.
Oversee daily pulling of products and guarantee warehouse pulls are made so routes are ready for the next workday.

Provide route relief and/or service work during vacations, extended leaves, or other absences.
Regularly interact with Customer Service in overseeing daily field work and with Sales Department to coordinate installs and equipment needed.
Keep Branch Manager informed of parts and equipment needs.
Address any problems between employees and promptly escalate significant employee or customer issues to management.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
