Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, door-to-door sales (25+ daily), and additional outreach to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Develop and grow a robust pipeline, scheduling in-person meetings with decision-makers and advancing sales through the process.
Build lasting relationships with new leads and existing customers, ensuring high engagement and awareness of new product offerings.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, including cold calls, in-person meetings, presentations, and closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as account managers and revenue operations, to ensure both individual and company-wide goals are met.
Maintain comprehensive sales records and follow-up activity in our CRM system (Salesforce).
Qualifications
4+ years of proven success in outside sales, preferably with experience with high volume sales in financial services, marketing, restaurant or related industry.
Prospector mentality with a persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development in a field sales environment.
Strong financial acumen, with the aptitude to confidently discuss fees, acceptance, and financials with customers.
Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with the aptitude to present to prospective customers and influence meetings.
Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and familiarity with MS Office/Outlook.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Overview
The Sales Training Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering training programs for our sales team, from onboarding and new hire training to ongoing educational programs. This is a Chicago-based hybrid role that supports an outside sales team, typically requires 3 days per week in the office, the monthly facilitation of a 5-day Sales Academy in Chicago, and travel within the US for field insights and field-based training. This role develops, delivers, and measures the success of training programs that includes but is not limited to Salesforce CRM training, field-based coaching with regional teams, learning path development, and administration of learning tools or platforms to support scalable, high-impact learning experiences. You'll deliver transformative learning experiences that energize our sales force and fuel business growth.
Responsibilities
Own new hire training for outside sales employees end-to-end, including the 5-day in-person Sales Academy program, pre- and post- Academy learning sessions and follow-up that blend remote training, hands-on learning and peer collaboration to build confidence and capability from day one
Act as a trusted advisor to new hires, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate milestones
Continuously evolve the new hire onboarding process to reflect sales strategies, changing market dynamics and learner needs
Deliver ongoing coaching and targeted training to reinforce key skills and drive measurable performance improvements; lead refresher courses to drive behavior change and reinforce techniques
Serve as an administrator for learning tools, such as learning management system and game-based learning platform, managing course assignments and using data to spotlight learning trends, optimize training impact and fuel continuous improvement
Deliver comprehensive Salesforce training, ensuring sales can effectively navigate and utilize the platform for lead management, pipeline tracking and reporting
Spend time in the field observing salespeople during prospecting, customer meetings, and live pitches to identify real-world insights into effective strategies and tactics that can be incorporated into future training; adjust training delivery to the unique needs of outside sales dynamics
Lead training sessions such as workshops, role-plays, and classes either onsite or in the field, focusing on essential sales skills, product knowledge, and closing techniques

Qualifications
5+ years of directly related experience in sales and/or training with at least 3 years delivering sales training programs
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education
Experience working directly with sales teams and a demonstrated ability to coach and train other salespeople to high levels of success
Experience with LMS and other learning tools
Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, technology, financial services, or marketing industry a plus

The Sales Training Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering training programs for our sales team, from onboarding and new hire training to ongoing educational programs. What you'll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)
Source new clients through cold calling (door knocks) as well as social media prospecting to meet & exceed sales quotas.
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects throughout assigned geography, set up in-person meetings with decision makers to discuss products/services, and move the sales process forward.
A positive attitude that will generate great first impressions and maintain active engagement with new and existing leads; innate ability to build relationships by interacting with prospective clients.
Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives (cold calls, appointments, presentations & closed deals).

Do you have the right mix of ingredients: (Requirements)
25-30 door pulls (daily) and has a structured methodology for acquiring new business, territory planning and pipeline management.
4+ years of proven success in outside sales; experience cold-calling businesses that have a need for financial and marketing services products preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and team environment.
Proven experience in growing new business with a hunter mentality; persistent and self-motivated to drive business in a remote outside sales environment.
Strong financial acumen and ability to have a confident discussion related to fees, acceptance, and finances.
Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communication skills, including the confidence to interact and lead presentations with prospective clients in a way that projects Rewards Network's differentiation in the marketplace.
High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of related experience
Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and Salesforce or other CRM system.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
What you'll love about us:
Competitive base salary, determined based on a candidate's experience and other factors. A reasonable estimate of the current range is between $75,000 and $95,000 annualized. As an outside Account Executive, you will drive the company's growth while building your career and earning lasting rewards. We need your sales expertise and drive to help us grow local restaurants in your territory.

This is a 100% remote field sales opportunity within the Worcester, MA territory. Candidates MUST live locally to this area.
Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, door-to-door sales (25+ daily), and additional outreach to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Develop and grow a robust pipeline, scheduling in-person meetings with decision-makers and advancing sales through the process.
Build lasting relationships with new leads and existing customers, ensuring high engagement and awareness of new product offerings.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, including cold calls, in-person meetings, presentations, and closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as account managers and revenue operations, to ensure both individual and company-wide goals are met.
Maintain comprehensive sales records and follow-up activity in our CRM system (Salesforce).
Qualifications
4+ years of proven success in outside sales, preferably with experience with high volume sales in financial services, marketing, restaurant or related industry.
Prospector mentality with a persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development in a field sales environment.
Strong financial acumen, with the aptitude to confidently discuss fees, acceptance, and financials with customers.
Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with the aptitude to present to prospective customers and influence meetings.
Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and familiarity with MS Office/Outlook.
High school diploma or equivalent.
