Subodh Karnik is the chairman and chief executive officer of ExpressJet Airlines. He brings more than 30 years of airline experience to this position. During his career, Subodh has held operations, finance, marketing and planning roles at some of the world’s largest airlines, including senior leadership positions at Continental Airlines and Delta Air Lines. He was CEO of the parent company of ATA Airlines, World Airways and North American Airlines, and has extensive airline consulting experience. Most recently, Subodh was President and CEO of United Express flying partner CommutAir, where he led the recapitalization of the company and its transformation to an all-jet fleet. Subodh graduated from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India, with a B.S. in mechanical engineering and he received an MBA from the University of Michigan. He is a long-time Atlanta resident.

Andrew Kaufman is a President & Chief Executive Officer at Worldwide Jet Charter and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. He has worked as MBA - Global Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management, Global Express Captain at Tempus Jets, and President at DECA Pilot Services.
