Maintain accurate patient medication records and ensure confidentiality. Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety. Lead training programs for pharmacy staff on best practices and new services., Conduct regular audits to ensure the quality of pharmaceutical services provided. Requirements Pharm.D. degree from an accredited pharmacy school. Current pharmacist license in good standing within the state. Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication management. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team of pharmacy professionals.
