JOB SUMMARY:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Performs substance abuse and mental health outreach to parents who have Child Welfare involvement, engage substance using parents in support groups, screen, provide brief intervention and referral. Establish relationships with Child Protection Investigators, Child Welfare Case Managers, Court systems and community partners in order to remove barriers to services.
