New hires with no prior Regional Center work experience will start at the very beginning of the salary scale.
The Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) is one of 21 Regional Centers that are community-based, private non-profit corporations under contract with the California Department of Developmental Services. RCEB provides intake, assessment, diagnosis, and coordinates community-based services for over 25,000 children and adults with developmental disabilities in Alameda and Contra Costa counties.

Responsibilities:
Produce digital copies of documents for retention purposes.
Prepare records for scanning.
Record technical, item, and structural metadata.
Organize scanned documents on various local, network and storage devices.
Type letters.
File electronic and paper documents.
Data entry.
Phone coverage.
Order supplies.
Use and trouble shoot office equipment: copier, fax machine, postal machine, scanner.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Provide administrative support to Case Managers as required.
Perform other related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Ability to bend down to pull charts from filing cabinets.
Display willingness to acquire new skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail a must.
Must meet productivity and accuracy standards.
1 year office experience.
Type 40 wpm.
Experience in trouble shooting office equipment: copier, fax machine, postal machine, and scanner (preferred).

The Administrative Associate provides administrative services to company employees and customers. Duties include order taking and processing, arranging freight and IT and computer assistance for employees. The role also develops spreadsheets for inventory and other uses, manages the company web site, oversees CRM capabilities, and maintains administrative SOP's and supplies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Order processing including freight. This duty is performed daily. 40% of the time.
Inventory and Bookkeeping support 20% of the time.
Customer service and sales support. This duty is performed daily 15% of the time.
Phone answering and general admin duties. This duty is performed daily. 15% of the time.
SOP related. This duty is performed annually. 10% of the time.

Associate's degree preferred or equivalent of education and experience.
Minimum 1 year experience in a same or similar role. Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Analyze Wills and trust documents for legal, tax, administrative and investment issues and coordinate delivery of services.

Work with Tax Officers and trust counsel to resolve tax issues
Assist the Trust Officer to maintain current information on beneficiaries and their changing needs and circumstances in order to prudently carry out the firm's fiduciary duties and to provide superior client service.
Assist Trust Officer to partner with client's other advisors (attorney, accountant); highly respected by external professional advisor community.
Develop, retain and deepen client relationships.
Assist the Trust Officer and partner with Wealth Advisors, Bankers, Investors, and Trust Officers to grow the trust and estate business. This includes participating in team discussions and strategy around structuring, pricing and closing trust and estate services including: estates, family trusts, charitable trusts, and specialized Delaware trusts.

Target Salary Range $39,000 - $62,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position.
