Position Mandate
Resonance is seeking a Chief of Party to lead the anticipated USAID Frontier Health Markets (FHM) Activity Two - Private Sector Engagement Staff Support. FHM Activity Two will provide tailored support to USAID Missions to assess, design, implement, and evaluate health market development and private sector engagement activities. This activity seeks to build mission capacity for private sector assessments, market analysis, and healthy market strategies; activity scoping and design; developing market measurement and monitoring tools; training and skills building around PSE policy and operational plans; building capacity to carry out evaluation of market development and private sector activities and approaches.

Position location is Washington, D.C., with travel expected.
Outcomes / Essential FunctionsSet the strategic, technical and managerial direction for the project. This includes developing, structuring and maintaining a high quality team of relevant professionals in a state ready to respond and deliver multiple simultaneous activities and buy-ins of different sizes, location and focus; developing, adapting and applying tools for articulating scopes and budgets, client management and communication, common technical services and other related needs; maintaining an environment of flexibility and responsiveness among the project team and company to provide quick scoping and delivery of tasks. Provide strategic and technical leadership and/or oversite of all activities and outputs. This may require varying degrees of involvement depending on the needs and nature of the activity, but could include extensive technical inputs to research, evaluation, design and facilitation, inputs to health technical resources or deliverables, quality assurance of all project deliverables. Ability to provide USAID missions with agency fluent, emotionally intelligent support and management across a broad range of functional areas and health sectors addressed by the project. This may mean in person, remote and written communication that is based on a deep understanding of USAID missions, their country strategy, their relationships with counterparts and other parts of the agency.
Required Education & Experience10+ years of relevant experience relating to the management or implementation of donor-funded health projects, throughout Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America and the Caribbean 5 years of experience leading donor-funded public health projects, including previous experience as a Chief of Party, Project Leader, or component leader Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Professional flexibility and humility to meet the fast-paced nature of a buy-in style project Experience working independently to meet deadlines and quality expectations, as well as part of a larger team for multi-component assignments
Preferred Education & ExperienceProficiency in Spanish, French, Arabic, or Portuguese is preferred Experience with DC-based and demand-driven contracts is preferred. Extensive experience working in the context of USAID projects and/or engaging with USAID missions and staff is preferred Experience on or with USAID activities including MOMENTUM, Strengthening Health Outcomes in the Private Sector (SHOPS) Plus, Support for International Family Planning and Health Organizations (SIFPO) 2, Scale for Impact, and/or NPI EXPAND: New Partners for Better Health

**Job Summary**

The Private Event Service Account Executive is responsible for the oversight of all event execution elements associated with corporate and social private events held at Little Caesars Arena, the Fox Theatre, City Theatre and additional venues or off-premise locations as assigned.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate with clients to review contracted event elements and ensure entire event scope is flawlessly executed.

+ Collaborate with myriad departments and internal stakeholders (Operations, Hospitality, Venue Management, Security, Production, Marketing, etc.) to coordinate all required event execution logistics for corporate and social private events.
