Under the direct supervision of the Education Coordinator, the tutor is responsible for tutoring/advising and scheduling middle school students during the normal school year, and as well as performing classroom aide duties during the JOM summer program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Supervise students in tutorial programs, study halls, and learning centers. * Must be able to identify the early signs of a learning disability in students. The Tutor must work with the school and parents to facilitate the process of testing for students with disabilities. * Monitor and assist students and provide support, guidance, and direction for academic retention.
