Essential Duties and Responsibilities Writing Center tutors must support their staff colleagues in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of this support service. Writing Center tutors must maintain the confidentiality of our students and services. Writing Center tutors must be dependable and punctual in their duties, in the completion of assigned tasks, and in notifying the campus dean when conflicts or problems occur. Writing Center tutor duties include: tutoring members of the Wise campus community; preparing written reports of each tutoring session; maintaining orderliness and operation of the Center; notifying the campus dean of needs or difficulties; providing input and suggestions to improve the Writing Center operation; other tasks as assigned by the campus dean.
