ProMach CEO and leadership

As ProMach's President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Anderson provides strategic leadership for ProMach and manages overall operations for ProMach's business segments and related divisions. He also guides ProMach's initiatives for delivering excellence in product development, customer service, and operations. Along with other members of the senior management team, Mr. Anderson is focused on strengthening ProMach's position as the leader in packaging machinery value for its customers. Before joining ProMach Mr. Anderson served as Vice President and General Manager of Tyler Refrigeration, a division of Carrier Corporation. At Tyler, he was instrumental in rapidly increasing sales over a three year period and continually improving operations through lean manufacturing processes. Before that he served as Vice President, Operations for Cooper Crouse-Hinds, a leading provider of commercial electrical products. Mr. Anderson began his career as a Manufacturing and Systems engineer at Caterpillar, Inc. and has held several senior engineering and management positions in the electrical products and switchgear industries. Mr. Anderson earned his M.B.A and Masters in Manufacturing degrees from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Mr. Anderson is currently the Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors for PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies.

Bret Ranc is a Chief Operating Officer at ProMach and is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He has worked as President Secondary Packaging at ProMach, Vice President Engineering at Shuttleworth, and Mechanical Engineer & Project Manager at Shuttleworth. Bret attended Purdue University College of Engineering between 1989 and 1994 and Purdue University Fort Wayne between 1999 and 2001.

As ProMach's Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Moeder leads the company's financial strategy for long-term profitability and provides financial guidance to support continued growth. He also oversees the company-wide finance and accounting teams. Along with other members of senior management, Mr. Moeder is focused on strengthening ProMach's position as a leader in packaging value for its customers. Mr. Moeder has earned a reputation for strong financial leadership, including during his tenure with ProMach in various financial roles. Mr. Moeder joined ProMach in 2012 from global publishing company Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where he served in FP&A and Internal Audit leadership roles. Mr. Moeder started his career providing accounting and auditing consulting services with Grant Thornton. Mr. Moeder earned his B.S. in Accounting / Finance and his M.B.A. from the University of Dayton. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
