Build & Maintain Relationships * Serve as a point of contact for clients in your region, building long-term partnerships. * Understand client challenges and position Nesco's staffing solutions to solve real business problems. * Work closely with hiring managers and procurement teams to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Analyze & Strategize * Monitor regional sales performance, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions when needed. * Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategies. * Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership. Qualifications & Skills * Proven track record of exceeding sales goals; staffing industry experience strongly preferred. * Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, developing, and managing high-performing sales teams. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Deep knowledge of staffing industry trends, market dynamics, and key stakeholders. * Willingness to travel approximately 50% within the region (MI, MO, OH).
