Sandra started her recruiting career with a local employment agency in 1975.
Int’l. was incorporated in 1979 by the current President and Sr.
Established in 1994 by founder and president Edward McKersie, CPC, ProSearch helps Maine’s top employers build their teams by recruiting just the right people – from temp/temp-to-hire, to IT consulting, to direct hire – for just the right positions.
The corporate offices were moved to the current location at 2414-2 Lakeview Drive, Suite 2 in 2000.
In 2007, firstPRO was ranked #1 in Contingency Executive Recruitment, #4 Retained Executive Search, #9 in Temporary Employment and the #10 Fastest-Growing Women-Owned firm in Atlanta (certified by WBENC) by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Since the program’s inception in 2008, we’ve contributed over $300,000 to Maine-based charities and non-profits.
