The fact that he left the Corporate lheadquarters & relocated to Puerto Rico but kept it a secret from the rest of the organization. Deception is the name of the game at PMD.
A company culture rooted in self-promotion and deceptive practices is doomed. Without cleaning out all the upper management, ther is no way things will ever improve.
