Lack of transparency. Downright dishonest. Adversarial relationships between departments. Turnover out the wazoo. Expect no stability or security. Perks never apply to admin staff, only to clinical staff.

The fact that he left the Corporate lheadquarters & relocated to Puerto Rico but kept it a secret from the rest of the organization. Deception is the name of the game at PMD.
A company culture rooted in self-promotion and deceptive practices is doomed. Without cleaning out all the upper management, ther is no way things will ever improve.
