Description
The Warehouse Support Rep II serves as a leadership position within the warehouse, with primary responsibility for assisting the Operations Support Specialist and ensuring the efficient operation of our Columbus facility. This role also provides coverage during staff absences, maintaining continuity across all warehouse functions and supporting team members as needed.
The schedule for this role is Monday- Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm EST with a 30 minute lunch and 40 working hours per week.
Responsibilities
Daily functions may consist of one or all the following:

Process freight on the floor as needed: loading & unloading trailers
Administrative Processing:
Create routing sheet within Beacon (ERP system) so operations is aware of what customers and which trucks will be processed
Set up the first truck for departure; involves paperwork preparation
Create labels as needed for specific customers
Create report itemizing piece count for the day, weight of line hauls, numbers of skids, etc.; ensure Induction and Branch ops reports are complete
Check TSD exception report to ensure no local trucks listed under the exceptions
Customs CCI and PARS process scanning and email
Beacon data entry
Train new hires and lead cross training between warehouse & office processing
Communication with internal departments (i.e., District Quality Service Managers & Customer Support) to ensure accurate freight processing, product track & trace, updates on issues, guidance on decision making with customers

**Our Marion, OH facility is looking for a Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for performing machine maintenance and repair for all plant equipment. The technician will follow the direction of the Maintenance Manager and efficiently complete work orders.**
**Wages start at** **$28.50/hr up to $37.00** **depending on skill level and experience.**
**Additional $1.50 shift differential for night shift.**

**Primary Responsibilities are, but are not limited to the following:**
+ Installs and repairs mechanical components of industrial machinery and equipment, following manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, operations manuals, and other specifications, using hand tools and power tools.

MISSION / SUMMARY:
Offers guidance and direction in regard to all laminating processes. Understand and align all business operations with Asitrade and Laminating initiatives as he/she executes their role in the overall laminating process to meet or exceed expectations and align with GPI business, culture, financial, and operational objectives. Provides technical training and support to management and employees with regards to the plant's product safety programs (HACCP, SQF, Food Defense, etc.) and Lean initiatives.
JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include but are not limited to the following.
* Provides expert guidance and direction in Laminating.
* Work closely with planning and scheduling managers to organize work.
* Raw materials inventory and ordering.
* Monitors and consistently works towards process improvement and high-quality results.

* Complete all necessary reports.

EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

This is a production position on a folder gluer machine.
