Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Designs and implements safety and environmental policies and procedures including, but not limited to, written programs, recordkeeping, reports, inspections, monitoring, testing, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations by staying informed about changes, interpreting requirements, and implementing necessary adjustments to programs, processes, and policies.
+ Deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels, to ensure employees' knowledge, understanding and adherence to safety and environmental regulations pertaining to all facilities.
+ Conduct and document regular EHS audits and inspections as needed to assure compliance with applicable permits, regulations, and requirements.
+ Coordinate visits from interna! and externa! regulatory authorities and file annual local, state and federal environmental reports potentially including air, waste, water, Tier 11, and Form R.
+ Assist site safety committee with inspections to assess compliance with policies and regulations, identifying, determining, and implementing, corrective and preventative measures far areas with existing or potential accident and health hazards.
+ Manages workers compensation cases and EHS programs, including cost control/reduction and accident prevention/ reduction, safety behavior audit, and risk assessment programs.

+ Analyze safety history, manufacturing processes, product machinery, and chemical exposures to determine safety hazards, identify trends, and develop safety strategies to correct and prevent potential accidents or health hazards.

Qualifications & Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred
+ Relevant certifications required or preferred, include: Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Associate or Certified Safety Professional (ASP/CSP) and Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
+ 3-6 years of experience in a related EHS role in a manufacturing environment
+ Subject matter expertise in areas such as Tier II reporting, SPCC, air regulations, stormwater management, spill planning, hazardous/special wastes, universal waste, machine guarding, LOTO, risk assessments, and root cause analysis.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Outlook.

Overview:

Primary Responsibilities:
Load and unload product on a daily basis
Assist with Cycle counts and management of inventory
Supervisor Forklift Operators in the daily routine of loading trucks neatly and to the customer's complete satisfaction.
Prepare work orders for and coordinate repairs of trucks, trailers, forklifts, dock plates, and dock doors.
Coordinate with Shipping & Receiving Coordinator and Order Processor the delivery of the customer orders on time.
Work with Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in shipping & receiving and transporting orders.
Keep upper management informed of problems or situations that may affect the performance of your department.

We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting and FP&A functions for one of our largest manufacturing sites ($100M+ revenue). This role partners closely with plant leadership to drive financial excellence, support strategic operational initiatives, and provide strong financial guidance. The Plant Controller will oversee all aspects of financial operations, including close processes, general ledger management, cost accounting, budgeting, material margin improvement, and key analytical projects.
**Essential Duties and Tasks**
+ Responsible for developing financial policies, practices and procedures that have significant impact on the site.
+ Consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate site level and consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership abreast of financial status.
+ Work with site leadership to drive financial excellence within the site and provide accounting and FP&A support to the site at all levels.
+ Align department strategy with organizational goals.
+ Provide leadership in strengthening internal communications around financial goals at all levels throughout the site.
+ Assist the plant manager in managing inventory working capital and driving continuous improvements in this area.
+ Oversee & prepare monthly/quarterly consolidated supplemental detail in support of monthly financial reports including ad hoc reports and analyses of division finances that facilitate decision making.
+ Coordinate all audit activity.

**Qualifications, Education, and Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in either Accounting or Finance.
+ Minimum 10 years of experience in Financial Management in a manufacturing organization.
+ Proven and effective leadership and management skills.
+ Solid experience working in a manufacturing environment and working with plant leadership to drive financial excellence within the plant and in managing costs.
+ Solid experience managing reporting, budget development and analysis, the general ledger and coordinating audit activities.
+ Analytical thinking, ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills.
+ Solid working knowledge of financial and accounting reporting systems and related manufacturing.
+ Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
+ Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
+ Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

**_Our Staunton, VA facility to looking for an Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for performing machine maintenance and repair for all plant equipment. The technician will follow the direction of the Maintenance Manager and complete work order in an efficient manner._**
**Primary Responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:**
+ Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment, following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and electrical and electronic test equipment
+ Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus, such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures, using test equipment, and replaces damaged or broken wires and cables, using hand tools.
+ Tests malfunctioning machinery, using test equipment, and discusses malfunction with machine operator and other maintenance workers to diagnose malfunction.
+ Replaces faulty electrical components of machine, such as relays, switches, motors, and position sensing devices, using hand tools.
+ Analyze equipment problems and perform a root cause analysis.
+ Ability to follow safe work practices in accordance with company policies, OSHA regulations and electrical code.
+ Work from elevated surfaces such as scaffolding, platform lift, and ladders.
+ Install conduit and wiring.
+ Identify hazards and advise management of dangers associated with operating equipment in current condition.
+ Perform basic metal fabrication using welder.
