Forklift replenishments are performed by the forklift operator by filling empty or near empty picking locations in the warehouse to keep product in stock for availability for selection. A drop or replenishment sheet is used by the forklift operator in directing him/her on which pallet is to be replenished first.
The forklift operator should get the drop or replenishment sheets from the warehouse/shipping office before making any replenishment.
All pallets put in to a picking location should have all wrap removed by the forklift operator when it is replenished.
Forklift operators are required to fill out a damage sheet each shift to account for any damage that occurs in their aisles during the shift, and turn it in to supervision at shift end.
