About the role - CDL Class B Driver (Zephyr, TX)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a CDL Class B Driver within our Orica USA Commercial team.
This role will be responsible for driving and operating Orica's bulk trucks (Mobile Manufacturing Units ) and installing blasting products for our customers at local construction sites, mines, and quarries as well as being accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment.
This is a blended role that consists of 40% driving and 60% physical work related to the installation of blasting products. Responsibilities include product loading, driving a CDL truck, pulling hoses, and climbing on and off the truck in all types of weather conditions.
Additionally, this role will operate plant and equipment to provide blasting products while assisting in delivering a high-quality service of bulk explosives to customers. About the role - CDL Class B Driver (Louisville, TN)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a CDL Class B Driver within our Orica USA Commercial team.
This role will be responsible for driving and operating Orica's bulk trucks (Mobile Manufacturing Units) and installing blasting products for our customers at local construction sites, mines, and quarries as well as being accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment.
This is a hybrid role that consists of approximately 40% driving and 60% physical work related to the installation of blasting products. What you will be doing

Minimize environmental impact through waste reduction and control practices.
Immediately report any unusual incidents or accidents.

**Position Purpose:**
To conduct Quality Assurance Inspections at all stages of production and to challenge staff & operators to ensure full compliance with the standards. Accurately sorting Quarantined Product and keeping this area organized
Checking/sampling of finished goods pallets in the warehouse if needed
Conducting Glass and Brittle Materials audits and publishing results.
Conducting and publishing GMP audits, raising and managing non-conformances.
Administration of Quality Document requested from Customers.
**Job Specifications:**
Previous quality control experience or excellent packaging knowledge.
Experience within a manufacturing environment (ideally print and/or packaging).
Commercial/cost awareness.
Excellent communication skills essential, ability to give clear written and verbal instructions, clearly understand and explain Quality issues to workforce and have good understanding of procedures and processes.
Able to identify areas of weakness within processes and customer specific procedures and help find innovative solutions.

Position Purpose:
To assist the Press Operator in any way needed to maximize speed and production
Job Functions:
Responsible for setting up the feeder end of the press
Check roll size and roll basis weight at press.
Make roll press ready.
Have cylinders made-ready and ink at the press prior to changeover.
Keep the press unwind loaded with paper.
Maintain high degree of housekeeping in and around assigned area and work safely at position.
Cut down make readies and scrap before the end of the shift.

Clean printing plates before returning them to the mounting room.

**Position Purpose:**
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of various pre-press, sheeting, printing, and finishing manufacturing equipment at an acceptable speed and efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety. This is achieved through strong knowledge of electro-mechanics, PLC's, the ability to troubleshoot various equipment problems, and adhering to all Safety Requirements and Rules.
**Job Functions:**
Troubleshooting: Confers with operators and observes, listens for unusual sounds, tests, and evaluates operation of machinery and equipment to diagnose cause of malfunction
Disassembles machinery and equipment to gain access and remove defective parts, make repairs, and then reassemble
Installs, repairs, replaces, changes, adjusts, and aligns components of machinery and equipment
Test-runs repaired machinery and equipment to verify adequacy of repairs
Performs RCFAs (Root Cause Failure Analysis) on equipment failures
Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of equipment and machinery
Examines parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear
Completes daily work orders within the time frame specified on the work order
Performs routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the building does not deteriorate
Inspects drives, motors and belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, and performs other maintenance functions, following checklists.
Transports machine parts, tools ,equipment and other material between work areas and storage using carts, fork truck, lift, pallet jack, etc

This position is a second shift position, running from 2 pm - 10:30 pm Monday-Friday.
Position Purpose:
To conduct Quality Assurance Inspections at all stages of production and to challenge staff & operators to ensure full compliance with the standards. To conduct training and develop the workforce ethos regarding Food Safety & high-quality process delivery. To conduct various tasks in ensuring our standards achieve all our accreditations and customer's expectations.
Job Functions:
Act as first contact from the production area regarding quality matters.
Promoting and enforcing good quality practices and hygiene standards.
Conduct quality inspection rounds during the designated shifts - including BBQ & GMP Audits and highlights and corrects any major issues.
Random sampling of finished goods pallets in the warehouse.
Conduct, where appropriate, testing of materials.
Conduct, where appropriate, calibration and verification of equipment.
Support the site in containment of faulty material.
Accurately sorting Quarantined Product and keeping this area organized
Checking/sampling of finished goods pallets in the warehouse if needed
Conducting Glass and Brittle Materials audits and publishing results.
Conducting and publishing GMP audits, raising and managing non-conformances.
Administration of Quality Document requested from Customers.
Job Specifications:
Previous quality control experience or excellent packaging knowledge.
Experience within a manufacturing environment (ideally print and/or packaging).
Commercial/cost awareness.
Excellent communication skills essential, ability to give clear written and verbal instructions, clearly understand and explain Quality issues to workforce and have good understanding of procedures and processes.
Able to identify areas of weakness within processes and customer specific procedures and help find innovative solutions.

**JOB SUMMARY:**
Manufacturing & Production Operations Management work encompasses managing/coordinating teams and processes across multiple manufacturing areas including Production Engineering / Manufacturing Process Development, Tool and Die/Model Making, Production Operations (i.e., assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, packaging, etc.) and Production Planning/Control.

+ Report to person of authority to record any potentially unsafe conditions which may result in unsafe foods or noncompliance to SQF related procedures.
+ Participate in SQF Root Cause and Corrective Actions (from customer complaints, SQF audits, validation, and verification activities) as required.
+ Follow all procedures related to producing Safe Quality Foods (SQF).
+ Report any potentially unsafe SQF conditions or customer complaints to a person of authority to record and/or correct the situation.
**POSITION REQUIREMENTS:**
