This role is onsite Monday - Friday in Omaha, Nebraska.

+ Implement and administer programs and policies that comply with organizational values, labor laws & regulations

Qualifications, Education and Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development from a four-year college; or three (3+) plus years related experience and / or training in a large manufacturing organization; or equivalent combination of the two.
+ SHRM certifications a plus.
+ Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing.
+ Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
+ Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
+ Exceptional time management and organization skills.
+ Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.

Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment that requires some exposure to a manufacturing environment. Employee is rarely exposed to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot/humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing area.

+ Flexographic Press Operator & Laminator Operators - (Press) Major Job Function: Our operators are responsible for running a flexographic printing press or lamination machine. They set up the machine and ensure all raw material are approved for use. They also ensure print design conforms with job specs, reviews samples for quality control and identify nonconformities while following applicable safety guidelines.
Essential Duties and Tasks
+ Change gears.
+ Assist in cylinder and anilox changes.
+ Assist in cleaning ink stations and preparing stations for the next order.
+ Prepare mill rolls for press.
+ Remove, prepare and store finished rolls.
+ Monitor and control inks pH and Viscosity.
+ Wash and remove plates from the previous jobs; apply green-back and store.
+ Prepare plates and gears on the correct cylinders for the next order.
+ Have the correct ink available for the next order.
+ Have the correct paper ready to go on the press (on turret, if applicable) for the next order.

**Position Purpose:**
The person who occupies this position is responsible for daily operations of sheeting equipment by following the current control plan specifications and matrix requirements.

Responsible for entering rolls into production report as well as reconciling sheeted material, to insure proper inventory control.
Responsible for checks for proper size, job number, customer name, stock type and caliper.
Responsible for all make readies, changeovers, backside printing on equipment.
Must be able to obtain fork truck certification.

This position is a second shift position, running from 2 pm - 10:30 pm Monday-Friday.

This is a 1st shift opening, running Monday-Friday from 6 am - 2:30 pm
Position Purpose:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of various pre-press, sheeting, printing, and finishing manufacturing equipment at an acceptable speed and efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety. This is achieved through strong knowledge of electro-mechanics, PLC's, the ability to troubleshoot various equipment problems, and adhering to all Safety Requirements and Rules.
Job Functions:
Troubleshooting: Confers with operators and observes, listens for unusual sounds, tests, and evaluates operation of machinery and equipment to diagnose cause of malfunction
Disassembles machinery and equipment to gain access and remove defective parts, make repairs, and then reassemble
Installs, repairs, replaces, changes, adjusts, and aligns components of machinery and equipment
Test-runs repaired machinery and equipment to verify adequacy of repairs
Performs RCFAs (Root Cause Failure Analysis) on equipment failures
Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of equipment and machinery
Examines parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear
Completes daily work orders within the time frame specified on the work order
Performs routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the building does not deteriorate
Inspects drives, motors and belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, and performs other maintenance functions, following checklists.
Transports machine parts, tools ,equipment and other material between work areas and storage using carts, fork truck, lift, pallet jack, etc
Job Specifications:
Minimum of a technical degree from an accredited school in Industrial Electricity, Electronics Technology or Industrial Maintenance
Two years Electro-Mechanical experience, in a manufacturing environment, is required (Five years preferred.)

This position will be on a 12 hour rotating schedule (6 PM - 6 AM)
Position Purpose:
The person who occupies this position is responsible for daily operations of sheeting equipment by following the current control plan specifications and matrix requirements.
Job Functions:
Provides accurate quality and quantity of board stock for production job in 12-hour shift.

Responsible for all make readies, changeovers, backside printing on equipment.
Must be able to obtain fork truck certification.

Position Purpose: Assistant to 1st Pressman and serves as a backup to printing functions in both 1st Pressman and Printing Feeder tasks
Job Functions:
Read order jacket, confirm size, style and copy information.
Sets-up register and hang/bends plates for job start-up.
Adds ink, water and proper coding to printing equipment.
Verifies stock is sufficient with regard to quality and quantity during job runs.
Understanding of different tolerances for the quality of job runs.
Runs and monitors sheet run
Job Specifications:
Previous experience as a Printing Feeder.
Ability to read basic measurement tools and ability to read and follow proper work instructions.
Knowledge of coding and water-based inks.
Experience in performing preventative maintenance with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Strong mechanical aptitude/skills
Safe Quality Food Responsibilities for all employees:
Follow all Plant rules, Processes, Hygiene, and Allergens procedures, related to production of Safe Quality Foods.
Report to person of authority to record any potentially unsafe conditions which may result in unsafe foods or noncompliance to SQF related procedures.
Participate in SQF Root Cause and Corrective Actions (from customer complaints, SQF audits, validation, and verification activities) as required.
Follow all procedures related to producing Safe Quality Foods (SQF).
Report any potentially unsafe SQF conditions or customer complaints to a person of authority to record and/or correct the situation.

**Please find a brief description of each machine operator technician role below:**
+ **Flexographic Press Operator & Laminator Operators - (Press) Major Job Function:** Our operators are responsible for running a flexographic printing press or lamination machine. They set up the machine and ensure all raw material are approved for use. They also ensure print design conforms with job specs, reviews samples for quality control and identify nonconformities while following applicable safety guidelines.
**Essential Duties and Tasks**
+ Change gears.
+ Assist in cylinder and anilox changes.
+ Assist in cleaning ink stations and preparing stations for the next order.
+ Prepare mill rolls for press.
+ Remove, prepare and store finished rolls.
+ Monitor and control inks pH and Viscosity.
+ Wash and remove plates from the previous jobs; apply green-back and store.
+ Prepare plates and gears on the correct cylinders for the next order.
+ Have the correct ink available for the next order.
+ Have the correct paper ready to go on the press (on turret, if applicable) for the next order.
+ Have pump washes and deck cleaning supplies ready for the next change.
+ Assist all press operators as needed.
+ Be prepared to fill in as an operator when needed.
+ Work as a team member and participate in all activities in the press department.
+ Follow all Plant and Safety Rules.
+ Other duties assigned.
