What You'll Do
Perform cosmetic merchandiser duties including, but not limited to: planogram implementations, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, cleaning and stocking shelves, retagging, and product rotation for various cosmetic brands
Participate in ensuring store appearance and merchandise displays are in line with planograms
Accurately report daily hours worked via an online portal accessible with a smartphone, computer, or tablet
Photograph finished assignments and report them to your District Manager after completion
Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours
Adapt to changing work schedule (encouraged to accept occasional evening or weekend work)
What You'll Bring
Must have reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple locations in the designated area (dependent on market location, as some positions do travel further)
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and Apollo management team (good communication = more shifts)
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use hand tools as necessary
Must be 18 years or older

Manage repair/fabrication technicians and shipping/receiving.

Assign technicians to the repairs and pump skids to provide fast turn-around time to Customers.

Assist with pump repairs, as needed.
Work with manufacturers on warranty matters.

Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, employee engagement and profitability.
Carry out performance reviews of all direct reports, hiring & firing, and communication.
Drive improvements and maintain a clean and safe shop environment.

Education/Skills/Experience
Required:
At least 5 years of experience in mechanical field.
3-5 years of experience in management role.
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Understanding of different pump designs and their applications.
Knowledge of motors, variable frequency drives and control.
Ability to effectively and articulately communicate with colleagues and Customers.
Ability to work well within a team environment with a focus on common goals.
Positive attitude with a “Customer first” focus.

Uphold company operational systems including cleanliness of residential and clinical buildings.
Identify and report any unsafe conditions or needed repairs promptly.
Team Collaboration & Training

Assist in training new BHT staff.

Qualifications / Required Experience

Knowledge of or willingness to be trained in observing UDS and medication self-administration procedures.
CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
Knowledge of Joint Commission requirements preferred.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Recognize, handle, and process incoming requests for quotations, information, etc.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN THE TEAM

OSHA Construction training preferred.
Intermediate MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Scheduling experience is a plus.
