WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead industrial construction projects across multiple disciplines.
Direct subcontractors and self-performed work.
Create and update project schedules.
Manage project execution and administrative tasks using project management software.
Ensure quality construction standards are followed.
Lead compliance with building and safety regulations.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.

Job Description:
Our client is upgrading our workstation fleet from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Our client currently has ~5K desktops and laptops that need to be upgraded.
Some older hardware is being physically replaced, while newer hardware is being reimaged to Windows 11.
The client will provide training on internal processes such as imaging/software installation.
This role entails PXE installing Windows 11 onto workstations via BigFix OS Deployment - our PXE boot software. Then, installing drivers/software/configuring the replacement to match the old device. Then, physically swapping the replacement.
This is across our Health System, but the current focus would be in South Bend and Elkhart. However, we have several off-site clinics/locations, so some driving will be required.

Position Summary
The RN Care Manager is responsible for assessing participants' care needs, providing nursing interventions, evaluating outcomes, and collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to develop comprehensive, person-centered care plans. This role includes field visits, clinic-based care, and participation in the on-call rotation to support participant needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality clinical care as a member of the PACE interdisciplinary team
Deliver nursing care in the center, clinic, contracted facilities, and participant homes based on individualized care plans
Participate in the 24/7 on-call triage rotation
Assess, plan, and coordinate home care services; provide nursing input to the IDT for home care interventions
Monitor acute and chronic care needs, coordinating care to support aging in place or optimal facility placement
Follow up on specialist visits, gather documentation, and ensure timely communication with providers
Reconcile medication administration records (MARs) monthly for assigned participants
Notify participants of normal test results and ensure timely documentation
Complete nursing assessments and implement nursing-related care plan interventions
Educate participants, caregivers, and families on self-care, medications, safety, and health promotion
Review and update goals and care approaches with participants, caregivers, and the IDT
Collaborate with IDT members and participate in all team meetings
