What You'll Be Responsible For:
Responsible for efforts related to measuring, monitoring, and enhancing the quality of Ocean Spray's cranberry supply Help drive consistency across the Regions for all fruit quality related activities. Provide training and support for quality staff, and production employees in the areas of GMPs, analytical testing, sampling, lab practices, auditing, problem solving, and statistical analysis Works to ensure that all documented policies and procedures, related to fruit sampling and quality testing, are properly executed and that the training of employees in quality standards and lab testing is fully completed Works in partnership with the Receiving Station Network and leads continuous improvement projects that support the needs of Ag OperationsLead projects evaluating new technologies to support the fruit sampling and quality evaluation process.
