As a Process Improvement Associate II in Business Banking Lending you will perform independent business reviews focusing on enhancing Customer experience by streamlining end to end process across various Operations areas and product leveraging modern technology and data platform, the review will also focus on process efficiencies and increased capacity. You will use appropriate industry tools and techniques to perform reviews, as well as playing a key role in improving customer experience.
